Con T-Shirt Challenge Post #12

Another International submission from Jay, who is in a super-secret location! And by that I mean Cuba.

“Here I am getting my drink on at the Tropicana Club, the famous cabaret in Havana, Cuba. I’ve also attached a couple photos of the non-Rocky Horror entertainment so you can get a feeling for the milieu. Fishnet is important to both Rocky Horror and the Tropicana…

I can’t wait to meet everyone in September!

Adios por ahora,
Jay”

Thanks Jay!

Poor Allison went to Rockypalooza, and got scolded on the streets of Seattle for being a Sinner. Luckily, she didn’t take it sitting down!

Amie from Chicago is getting creative… which we always love!

“This picture was taken a day before our blackhawks won the Stanley Cup.
We wanted to show what we love the most
Chicago + Blackhawks + Rocky Horror = crazy good time”

Looks like a crazy good time indeed!

We want to hear your TC in DC stories when you all get back! Here is another T-Shirt post in the meantime!

Tom Finch writes:

“Just another day on the job for a local hero. On duty at the fire house waiting for a call. Hell, between RHPS & being a professional Firefighter, I hope I never grow up. See ya in Sept.”

Rock on!

Hope you’re having a great time at TC in DC, if you’re there! In the meantime, Bob Foster has, to be blunt, sent us SO MANY PICTURES.

Bob explains…

1 and 2 are at the Emerald City ComicCon Mar 12. I wore the shirt most the day and handed out flyers I printed off. 1 is at the entrance to the main floor, 2 with a girl dressed as Amber Sweet – her name was actually Amber too.

3 – 8 San Fransisco with your own Sarah P. I dont’ know what ones she sent you but I added some more of her.

9 – 10 Seattle again.
9 – at the Science Fiction Museum. You can see I am pointing at “Day the Earth Stood Still” and “Forbidden Planet” pictures
10 – at the Space Needle (next to the museum, this was taken about 15 feet away and opposite direction.

11 – Clue in Cleveland, April 10.
I didn’t wear the shirt as I was in costume but I did bring my clipboard. with me are Jenny D. and Bradwinkle of Midnight Madness and Kev J. Boycik of Simply His Servants.

Thanks Bob for the great pictures!

Here’s a couple fun shots from our very own Sarah P., who recently made a trip to San Francisco. She’s showing off our Con T-Shirt near the Golden Gate and on the ever-so-twisted Lombard St.

Hunter writes:

“I am standing infront of Alpha Company 2-23 Infantry Regiment’s MGS Stryker in an undisclosed location in Iraq. I like to wear the shirt while protecting America from terrorists, or zombies, or aliens, or dinosaurs, or something… maybe even robot Draculas, but defiantly not sexy transvestites. I will be returning to America a month before con and am eagerly looking forward to getting my RHPS on.”

Awesome!
